MISSION

The mission of A.C.E. Life Coaching is to partner with and assist individuals, couples, families, and small groups in realizing their potential and goals by following a clearly defined plan of action. In this way, clients are empowered to create a balanced and enriched life, career, and relationships.

CLIENT/COACH RELATIONSHIP

I pledge to honor and support the individuality, objectives, and goals of my clients so that they can grow and expand the areas of their lives they have chosen. I pledge to respect my client’s individual requirements and personal boundaries. I will remain constructive in any feedback or exchange between us. I will put the well-being and desires of my client(s) first.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

If it becomes apparent that the client has challenges that are beyond my expertise, I will recommend that the client seek services from a qualified professional to assist them in that area. If such a challenge impedes the attainment of the desired goals, I will suspend the coaching sessions until it is wise for us to resume.

CONFIDENTIALITY

I agree to maintain the confidentiality of my clients and the coaching relationship. I will hold in confidence the names of my clients and information about their personal and professional lives, without the express written permission of the client.
